Hi Everyone!  I'm Flat Stanley, 

and I'm taking a trip to Bakersfield, California to visit with my friend Nicholas' Aunt Patty and Uncle Robert!  I arrived in an envelop with some instructions:

First thing Patty did was to make some copies of me, and glue me to a piece of cardboard!

Then she made patterns of my body to make clothes for me!  It didn't hurt so much when she cut me up...she used soft scissors.

I think she's making clothes for me this afternoon.  Check back later for more of my adventures in the Central Valley of California!
